I created LCJ because I've been in your shoes.

For over two decades, I navigated the world of science from every angle—starting with my Masters., a Ph.D. in biochemistry, and two postdocs. My career wasn't a single path; it spanned across biotech, non-profit, and commercial organizations. Later, as the founder of a consulting business and Dr. GPCR —a non profit with global network of over 1,300 scientists— I gained an unparalleled view into what companies and collaborators truly value.

Throughout this journey, I saw a consistent problem: brilliant scientists struggled to navigate career transitions and build lasting connections. Not from a lack of skill, but from a lack of a clear, actionable system to connect their professional ambition to a truly happy life.

I realized that a fulfilling career doesn't just happen. It's built on a foundation of self-awareness and a strategic plan. My own breakthrough came when I stopped searching for a job and started a project: defining who I am, what I am good at, and how I want to work. This systematic approach is what unlocked my ability to build lasting connections and attract the right opportunities, on my own terms.
